(November 21, 2021, 6:13 pm)This simply is a great restaurant! Service is fast and friendly, portions and prices are very reasonable. The quality of the food is consistently stellar. One of the best things about China Palace is they were one of the first takeout places to reopen after the pandemic, and they have earnestly worked hard to serve the community during a very difficult time for everyone. We are lucky to have them here!

(August 1, 2021, 4:39 pm)usually come here for chicken+beef chef specialty since no other take out in town does this combo. i also tried their shrimp+tofu lunch special before. as per the chicken/beef combo in the picture: i can't pick up an older photo but recently the meal looks different from what i got recently, and tasted different (this time, the chicken wasn't really covered in sauce as it usually is). still, it's a nice meal.
i believe of all the take out places in glen cove, this is the only that gives you crunchies and fortune cookies (maybe only with a chef specialty? not sure about regular purchases). otherwise, they don't give you plastic utensils, which is fine but just be aware. overall, this is a good place
