He took his time to get me to understand how I will benefit by reinstating my State Farm auto policy after I had made an ill-informed decision to return to GEICO, my initial company.
Mr. Chris was patient and tolerant with my frustration, but kindly listened, and addressed my concerns.
He even conveniently made an in-person NYS Photo Inspection at my "Parking Spot" outside of my residence of Midtown Manhattan.
