(August 30, 2022, 12:39 pm)I have just completed one year of serving as interim priest at Advent. Right from the start I was welcomed and helped in every way I could think. The parish is very involved and energetic. My personal opinion is that if they will spend this much time helping clergy that can't be with them long-term, they will be even more welcoming and loving with lay folks who stop in to visit and those who might even consider staying.
