(October 6, 2022, 8:35 pm)It’s been surprisingly difficult to find a good bike shop in Manhattan. The folks at Conrad’s are absolutely top shelf. I brought my old beater into the shop after no work on it for years. Conrad’s got it riding like new at a price I could afford. As long as this place is managed like it is, this will be the only bike shop I go to in nyc.

Well, I saw these stickers on their window and knew I was at the right shop. John and Yee are awesome, honest and reliable and now bike shifts like how its supposed to shift.

(September 13, 2018, 1:28 pm)One of the pedals on my Citizen Miami bike broke while I was riding a few blocks from this place. I went in, asked for pedals, they showed me a bunch, I bought the cheapest ones. They installed them quickly. They were nice. I really like the location of this shop. If you have not checked it out, you should. It is a nice area with a park across the street and cool views of the UN.
I have returned to the store twice since I broke my pedal. Once to buy a bell and once to have my brakes tuned (yes I could've done it myself, but I didn't have time and I had let them go for too long without attention).
Normal prices for the city. Pro work. Most interesting location. Very helpful. Highly recommend.
