(March 5, 2023, 8:39 am)Dr. Sison is the best eye doctor I have ever experienced. I came in to Costco just looking at glasses. I needed a regular eye check and the optical center was able to fit me in without an appointment. Dr. Sison was extremely gentle and talks you through the entire experience. So calming. I left truly impressed by this location. I got my glasses and was on my way very quickly.

Even though it was very busy she took the time to help my mom with her hearing aid and got it right. More associate should be like her! -

(September 12, 2020, 3:06 pm)My only experience has been with buying glasses and getting them fixed which has been great. The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpfu at all of their Vision Centers The best part about buying glasses at Costco (besides getting brand names for less) is free repairs for minor damages with no questions asked. My only complaint is about the limited staff and wait which could be long at times (at most of their Vision Centers).

(May 14, 2018, 9:09 am)Dr. Sison is great! She is very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. She has more modern equipment than the previous doctors I have gone too. Her secretary was also nice and helpful. I'm going to be getting my eye checkups here from now on.

(November 18, 2017, 11:24 am)I have been going to Costco Vision Center in Melville for years. Reasonable price, friendly service, staff have been there for years. She takes her time on the exam to make sure you are satisfied with your vision. I would recommend.
