They actually know you and your needs and when any issues arise they are always there to help and service in a warm caring friendly manner. In addition they offer different convenient options for ordering refills -

The staff are always nice and helpful, the pharmacists (Jeff and Mati) are always happy to answer any questions you may have, and they make you feel welcome. In my experience, they treat every customer like they are important, and their health is important. I wouldn't change my pharmacy for the world. I wish I could give them more stars!

(August 21, 2015, 2:20 pm)I've used quite a few pharmacies around Brooklyn and this place is by far the best one I've used. They are polite and professional. They really do care about making sure the customer stays happy and satisfied. My doctor's office is maybe 15 minutes away and he emails my prescriptions in. From the very first time I went there my prescriptions were already filled and waiting for me when I got there. They took my insurance information after I got there, had it entered within five minutes and I was out of there.
I'd give these guys six stars if Google would let me.
