Very understanding and makes you feel comfortable. Talks along with you instead of just staring at you. Asks questions and truly is concerned. You feel as if you've known her all your life, like a family member instead of a stiff doctor. My daughter actually looks forward to seeing her every week. Highly recommend. She's a doll. Funny too.
