Dr McMahon is amazing ! along with the whole doctors care staff! I can usually get same day appointments and or next day which has been extremely helpful lately. I never wait long and even if I had to , I wouldn’t mind because the care I receive here is worth it!! I’ve been with Dr. McMahon since 2018 and she’s always been incredibly patient and knowledgeable, her kindness brings me so much peace. It’s so important to have a doctor who actually cares!!
I have been looking for a PCP for a long time and I cannot tell you how thankful I am that I've found Dr. McMahon at Doctors Care. She is kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, and just all around a great doctor. Exactly what I was looking for. The office staff was great and efficient, I did not encounter one person that I did not like. Highly, highly recommend.
I have been going to this doctor's office for as long as I can remember. Heather the PA is the BEST practitioner I've ever seen and she truly cares about your well being and health (and is the sweetest person too). Dr. Hoerning is also an excellent doctor, too. As far as the staff, it's either a hit or miss to be honest. There have been some amazing people working there, but I have noticed that the staff at the front desk can be a little rude and aren't on the same page as you at times (mistaking insurances, misplacing paperwork, etc). Overall, would recommend.
