Dr Bobby and his PA are both great very thorough and attentive. They make you feel important and take their time with you. I took one star off for Lynn at the front desk. She is often very rude on the phone and seems annoyed by having to do her job. I’ve tried to chalk it up to her being overwhelmed or having a bad day but it’s just about every time i call. This office would be perfect if they had a kinder receptionist.
Dr Bobby Chandok has been internist for years . I always get treated with Compassion. He has helped me a great deal and make my life easier. His staff is always accommodating and pleasant. He takes his time and listens to my issues, and gives me options. I appreciate that. Thanks
I am so happy to have found Dr. Chandok, he is the BEST general practitioner I have ever been to. My former doctor passed away and I went through three other doctors who all left the practice after my first visit! Dr. Chandok is very easy to talk to, he explains everything, spends time with you, makes you feel comfortable and is super intelligent! He calls you right away with results! I had a last minute Covid test done on a late Friday afternoon and Dr. Chandok called me on Sunday the moment he got the results (negative :) ). The woman in the office are so friendly and the nurse is also amazing... she draws blood in the office which is a huge benefit! Always easy to make an appointment.
Dr. Chandok and his NP Manju are extremely thorough and patient had a very pleasant experience and was made very comfortable and felt at ease. Front desk and Medical Assistant were very friendly and easy to talk to no pain during blood draws! If you're looking for a primary care doctor this team is amazing!
