(October 4, 2016, 5:44 pm)Dr. Shieh has been my dermatologist for over three years and has been so helpful for various things including the removal of a mole I'd had on my lip for years, laser hair removal and has most recently helped me with some discoloration on my cheeks. She has always been very patient in explaining with me what she is doing and what the plan is for follow up. She and her staff have gone above and beyond to even call me to see how I was doing after being seen in her office. Dr. Shieh's office is warm and welcoming and her staff are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I love that they take before and after photos of the work that has been done so that there's an accurate record of progress. I am happy to say I've found my dermatologist in NYC!
