We're a family of four and have not lost any clothing - not a single item and we use them A LOT. Nothing has come back damaged either. Very very rarely we might find a spot on a tee shirt but it is from fabric softener, so it comes right out. This is a super rare thing but I wanted to give others a heads up that if you do see a spot, it is only fabric softener - again though - extremely rare. Depending on your timing you can get wash & fold back on same day. The folding is perfectly compact. They are a HUGE time saver. I've personally only had friendly service from them.

(June 18, 2022, 10:30 am)Pretty consistently good! Love that I can sometimes get my wash & fold back same day, and that I don't have to schedule a time for them to deliver it. No lost or damaged items so far in the 6 months I've been using them so far. 🤞🏼👍🏾
