Empire State CrossFit

This is a great gym with supportive coaches, who are there for whatever level you are at and want to see you improve! Empire State has such a strong community of members too. Even though I was only a member for about 4 months, I very much felt included and even made some friends ( ꈍᴗꈍ) Definitely give them a try if you have never done CrossFit and are looking for a place to start!

Empire State CrossFit exceeds my expectations. The work outs are great for building muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance and burning fat. The coaches are fitness experts and so kind. Their kindness creates a culture that filters through every member. Where else can you go for expert strength training where coaches & members support and compliment each other? This CrossFit box is my kindness crush and I have so much gratitude to be a part of it. It's one of my favorite hours of the day!

If you are looking to get into the best shape of your life, no matter where you are now in terms of exercise, this is the place to do it. The coaching is first rate, the facilities and equipment are up to date and well maintained, and a spirit of fun and camaraderie pervades every class, no matter where you are in your own journey towards fitness. ESCF completes the mind, body, and soul. Classes are flexible and easy to fit into your routine. The coaches are excellent and will have you achieve your fitness goals no matter where they are on the athlete spectrum. I truly enjoy the fitness but its more important to have this outlet and community for my mental health. I could not think of nor would I want to to be part of any other fitness community. It's all positive and every class is scaled for any athletic ability or to work around any injury. You will not be disappointed !

You could spend months, even years, looking for the right gym. Or you could make the better decision and come to ESCF. I've been to my fair share of gyms and CrossFit affiliates, and I've honestly never been part of a more cohesive and supportive community. I feel connected with every Coach.
