(June 20, 2023, 8:43 pm)The office, location, bedside manner of Dr. Wakefield, and parking are all excellent. My infant son was able to get excellent care here and I recommend this place to anyone whose child has ear infections. The only thing keeping me from giving the 5th star is their website. I felt that it was a little clunky to book my appointments with it. Improve the website, easy 5 stars.

(May 12, 2023, 1:36 pm)When you can see the doctors, it's a great experience but unfortunately, I experienced some side effects from my medication and required medical advice. The ENT office told me on a Friday to go to ER or Urgent Care because most of the doctors had surgery or were gone for the day. I have to work so I don't have time to wait at the ER.
I don't need to see a doctor, just need medical advice and right now, I'm waiting for Virtual Urgent Care to help me answer my questions about my medical condition.
Also, I called yesterday and asked for help when my doctor was available, and I never got a call back. The after care could use some improvement. -

(March 30, 2023, 8:53 pm)I have been going over a year to The ENT and allergy Associates and it is a great place. Wait time was never long mostly for allergy shots. The staff members are kind and considerate and always helpful when needed. I think in the beginning I drove them crazy because I was running late for my allergy shots (because they were weekly) but they helped me the best way they could. The allergy nurse is very informative, attentive and very sweet. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and always concern during the visit..
