I always get my footwear from Eric Comfort Shoes. It used to be in Queens on Jamaica Avenue for years and now it's in Williston Park, NY. I came there because both my husband and I needed shoes. We were very happy with our purchases and the Salesmen were very helpful and made our experience pleasant, as always. A few of the salesmen recognized us as regulars when they were on Jamaica Avenue. We will be back again, real soon.

Eric Shoes is a one of a kind store that you don’t find today. Their service is 5 star with a large selection of shoes for every foot type. Having your foot sized by one of their professionals is unique today and they know exactly what will fit best and feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about this wonderful store with their large staff always available and ready to service you. Once you experience their expertise you will be a customer for life!

The staff here is very helpful and professional. They helped me find a very comfortable shoes for my work where I had to stand for long hours. The staff recommended a new balance walking shoe, I am very happy with the recommendation after using it for a few weeks now.

A true story: I am a customer, but on this day, I was accompanying my wife who needed to a pair of shoes. As usual, I look around the men's shoes. I have always worn moccasins - easy on, easy off. I found a pair of SAS moccasins that were quite stylish. A salesperson saw me and asked if I would like to try on a pair. I had seen the price - I'm very cheap - and told him that they were too expensive, and I didn't want to waste his time. He said it was no bother. Still, I said no. He was quite persistent, but the more I resisted, the more insistent he became until I agreed, just to "get him off my back". Well, the moment I put these shoes on, I yelled across the store to my wife - everyone heard me, "Diane, I have to have these shoes!" And I bought them! That was 2019. I bought my next pair in 2021, after wearing the first pair out, and I'm about to get my next pair. These moccasins are, without question, the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I'd rather wear them than go barefoot!

This was my second purchase at Eric’s. I had bought the white shoes in another color and found them to be so comfortable we went back for the white ones. While there I noticed the navy shoes, which is a hard color to find in the spring. I’ve been wearing them almost everyday with my jeans. It feels like I’m walking on air. Shoes aside, the sales staff is so friendly and accommodating. They really know their business. I had been purchasing shoes online before having heard about this store. I highly recommend it.
