I ordered my four species for Sukkot and received them in plenty of time the week before. However, the box was busted up by the shipping company pretty badly. I should have checked before Erev Sukkot, but I didn't. When I opened the box all that was present were the esrog and palm!! The Esrog Headquarters went into overdrive and got me taken care of with another shipment ASAP AT NO CHARGE...and they even refunded me my original. The mess up was really on me for not checking, but they still took great care of me.
Levi is an incredible human being. on 9/11 he went out and picked up all our lulav and esrog sets to make sure that Atlanta, Ga had for that year.
