Farmingdale Aviation

I had an amazing time flying! The introductory flight is a really great experience; I felt comfortable the whole way through. Keeping control of the plane and learning about the gauges was way less intimidating than I thought it was going to be because my instructor, Khalil, was clear, patient, and informative. You have to go!!

Farmingdale Aviation has been a wonderful flight school and I am so happy I started my private pilot license training here. Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind, and I always feel safe. The owner does a great job in communicating clearly and I really appreciate the flexibility when it comes to scheduling in lessons with my instructor. When I am back at college, I train at another flight school and I have realized that the flexibility in scheduling flights and the tailored lessons are not always a given! Very appreciative for how Farmingdale runs their school. Whenever I am back home I love flying here because it is so much fun and always reminds me of how much I love to fly. They also have a flight simulator which is nice backup for when weather isn't cooperating and you still want practice. Great experience and would recommend doing at least a discovery flight here if you are on the fence about flying.

Flying with Farmingdale aviation has been a dream come true. Starting off on flight simulator and looking for a great school to earn your ppl? This is the aviation school for you, would happily recommend this great school to anyone interested in starting a new career/skill set.

I checked out a few flight schools but I'm so glad I made the decision to go with Farmingdale Avation. I was blown away from the beginning when the owner herself took the time to break things down and give a tour. I can say the same for their courteous, knowledgeable instructors, shout out to Karim and Sam in particular. It's truly a profesional yet family atmosphere at this school. I'm having the time of my life pursuing my childhood dream of aviation. Thank you Farmingdale Aviation !!!

I had the experience of a lifetime at Farmingdale Aviation. Karim is an outstanding instructor; extremely personable, knowledgable, confident and safe. His love for flying is contagious!
