I visited today first time this facility. My friend's friend highly recommended as affordable and still great service. Jean who did the massage and body scrub was great, 13 years experience. Punda, the owner I think at the front desk was very sweet. It is a clean place and I liked their smoothie too! Definitely will be coming back. Thank you for your service!

Local spot with a few co-ed sauna rooms, small restaurant in front, and women’s locker rooms with jacuzzi, steam room, cold pool and sauna! You pay $30 for the day admission and spend a few hours soaking up the heat and sweating it up to detoxify everything. It’s a no frills clean facility. If you’re expecting something like king sauna or sojo, please… just go there lol.

First timers:
- enter through the parking lot and pay for the service you want. You’ll get a shirt and shorts, a locker key with the assigned locker number, toothbrush, 2 face towels and 1 body towel.
- tip: bring a change of undies! You’ll sweat through them along with your uniform. Also bring a face mask, scrub towel, and any beauty products that aren’t fragrant or hard to clean off
- head to the locker room and change. Leave everything unless you want to bring your phone and risk frying it!
- head upstairs and check out the two sauna rooms. One is medium heat and one is high!! I usually alternate between the two, and use a face mask after the super hot sauna and nap outside.
- head to the locker room when you’re sauna’d out. Strip to your birthday suit (for hygiene purposes, don’t be shy! We all have the same stuff lol). Shower and take a dip in the jazuzzi (the black button is on the wall near the door), the jets go for about five minutes before you have to get out of the pool and press it again. Or sweat more out in the dry sauna or insanely hot steam room! Cool off in the cold pool if you can tolerate it. Float and splash a little in other half of the jacuzzi pool without jets.

All in all I love coming here for a few hours on a weekday off jus to sweat and nap. It’s mostly locals and I never have to wait for a sauna room, not even in the hot one that fits only 4 people. I haven’t tried the restaurant yet, but the strawberry banana smoothie for $6 was good. I also like that the staff is attentive and asked one of the men to put his shirt on after someone complained, hah.

So great, the staff is excellent!

For those that I see complaining, remember this spa is essentially a small business. Everyone that goes here is relatively local and the staff is super friendly, you just have to understand that this is a very no frills place.

Go to the fancier ones if you need more than what they have to offer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

After 15 years in business, they’ve only just now updated their entrance fee and body scrub price combined by $15; still a steal and worth every cent.

Love coming here! I only wish they had longer hours like a few years ago.
