My husband and I were encouraged that the situation would be resolved due to April’s frequent calls and updates concerning the vehicle. Our dealership failed to return the car in a timely manner and April was persistent in solving our problem while securing our vehicle was returned without incident or damages. We are so grateful for all her help and I truly would recommend fusion as a financial leasing company to my family and friends.

(June 15, 2023, 8:51 pm)I had an easy and pleasant experience turning in my leased car today. When I called about returning my lease, I was told they would make my last payment, would credit me $500 toward excess wear & tear, and would waive the disposition fee. Today's return couldn't have been smoother. I only had to pay for my mileage overage, which I expected. They said they will send the credit union a check for my last payment. I was in and out within 30 minutes and it was a nice experience.

(May 31, 2023, 7:15 pm)Everyone I spoke to from the telephone rep to the people I met at the lease return center were super friendly and helpful. The entire return process was straightforward and easy. I’m leaving 4 stars and not 5 for the simple reason that my returned car was not inspected yet and my total experience will be judged on the completion of the entire process. If I’m treated as well and fairly as I was today I’ll gladly raise the rating to 5 stars! By the way, big kudos to them for getting me an Uber to take me to the dealership to pick up my new car! That was a nice touch!
