We chose two different pasta dishes and he achieved a perfect balance in the flavoring of sauces and seasoning. The pasta was correctly al dente, vegetables crisply sauted.
The grilled chicken was delightfully seasoned and tenderly Paillard style.
The Italian sausage was properly mild to encourage the delicate taste of the sauce.
I observed that his kitchen team worked really well together, for timely preparation of the meals.
This is a place definitely worth coming back to.

(June 7, 2023, 12:02 pm)I had pasta and meatballs and they were all so good, ingredients are fresh! I'd like to visit here again for dinner next time, and the owner is attentive and nice as well. Highly recommened!!

It’s a great local neighborhood spot, but with worldly delicious foods, the staff and owner are always so nice, and truthfully, there is no Cacio e Pepe I’ve had elsewhere that I love more… But what finally caused me to write this review was the St-Germain margarita that I just fell in love with! I would have a second one, except that it’s a school night and I really shouldn’t. :(
