GRACIE JIU-JITSU LONG ISLAND

I have taken MMA on and off for most of my life. I have never had a chance to immerse myself into jujitsu as a stand alone practice.

I had done my research and the Gracie family is the premier method of jujitsu. So finding a place locally that focused on their methodology and practice was a godnsend.

I have been training with Kyle 1-1 with covid restrictions in place.
He is incredibly knowlegable and patient. His techniques in teaching closely mirror you and where you are at. He senses your progression as well as your hang ups and can address them in an educational and practical way that makes it enjoyable as it is functional.

I would reccomend this dojo to anyone at all levels of the game who are interested in an immerisive experience into one of the premier methodologies of jujitsu.

My daughter has been taking the Gracie bully proof Jiu jitsu classes and absolutely loves it. Kyle and Ryan are present, professional and very good with the kids. They fully understand the skill sets and levels and know how to help the kids excel while still keeping them safe. Additionally, I have been taking personal training sessions with Kyle for the past 2 years. He is by far the best PT I have even worked with and helped me not only reach my weight loss goal but also exceed them. I highly recommend them.
