(July 10, 2022, 6:11 pm)Not much to see just a statue, there’s a pond, a small waterfall there also with benches by the pond & a few Picnic tables. Parking lot & access to the south county trailway, which is part of the NY Empire bike trail. Also has 1 porter potty.

(May 30, 2022, 8:28 pm)Small, but very pretty park with a fun waterfall to look at and a pond. There is no swimming, but people were fishing in the pond. There is also a nicely maintained bike pathway that extends north and south from the park.

(October 28, 2018, 1:01 pm)Walked to the memorial with my mom and younger brother from Dobbs Ferry Metro North station. Walking to the park made gave it folky kind of vibe. The park seems to come out of nowhere while being surrounded by highways. There's a beautiful man made waterfall coming into the park and a very charming lake created by the dam. Great seating with great views, educational, and it has a real natural feel despite its surroundings.

(May 6, 2018, 5:42 pm)Very pretty & peaceful park. The metal artwork is somber, but shows hope for a new life. Unless you're a Native American, we all came from someplace else for a better life in America.
