I showed up with the absolute worst migraine, very scared and could barely see. I waited less than 6 mi it’s before I was seen, waited less than 5 mi it’s before I had a room and sent for a CT SCAN, my results came immediately the. Put on IV and 2 diff meds to help w the nausea and pain while a Dr AND nurse checked in to reassure me ct scan was fine and that it could just be terrible cluster of headaches….then called in meds to pharmacy for the following g day in case it got bad again and discharged within. 90 minutes. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable and helped by all there, including the two girls at the front desk that checked me out and in. This was Tuesday evening 6/20 around 9pm. People love to write Meg comments when negative experience and I get why but rarely go out of their way to say the positive ones as we take them for granted sometimes cause we “expect good care” and I get that too but wow I was just so sick and so so grateful for the quick and KIND help. Thank you to everyone who was working!

Pleasantly surprised with how courteous every staff member I interacted with was. Front desk staff were all very nice. Doctor and Nurses had some of the best bedside manner I've experienced in a hospital setting. I don't enjoy having to go the the ER for any reason, but if I or someone I cared about had to, this where I would recommend.
