This is the fourth car that we have leased with James DiGiovanna of Ford. I can’t say enough good things about him. This was the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had (and I've had some really good ones before). My salesman, Jordan, is a consummate professional. From our first phone call all the way through when I arrived for delivery (where I found Jordan going over the truck with a fine tooth comb to ensure everything was perfect) I could not have expected any more. His passion for what he does comes through time abs time again. He gave me an incredibly thorough lesson on my new electric truck.
