Ms. Andrea taught my family and I how to use the simple ingredients in our fridge to make a meal and dessert in under 15 minutes. It was delicious and affordable. My boys had a great time making it. The next day my middle child said "mommy let's cook." He's been cooking since 🙂

I really love working with Andrea! I had been having pains in my stomach, in addition to concerns about maintaining my weight ,and she was able to help to address my concerns through my diet. My life has been pretty hectic, so each week she has given me recipes within a specific calorie range for my body weight. I am currently following a pescatarian diet ,and she has introduced me to meals and recipes that I have never tried before. I'm loving the variety! The meals are not only quick and easy for me to make but also filling and delicious! After eating, I also feel very light and am never sluggish.
