(May 12, 2023, 8:21 am)I love this place. I have been coming here for Trigger Point and Massage for about two months. What a difference! I feel tremendous relieve already.
This location is pristine and everyone is so nice and accommodating.
They accept NYSHIP Insurance and I have had a hard time finding a place I really like until now.
I usually see Krista for my massage and she is great!!
If looking for any pain relieve look no further. -

The trigger point therapy, acupuncture & massage all tie in together & help for a much better wellness & quality of life. The staff is wonderful & all the therapists are amazing!! I will continue to go there since this benefits my overall health & feel so good when I leave & carries through to my day to day life. Thank you HEKA & staff!!

(May 16, 2022, 2:18 pm)HEKA is such an inviting spa. I walked through the doors and was greeted by the front desk receptionist, D-Ana. She was wonderful, greeted me with a huge smile and by name. I received a trigger point injection, acupuncture and an hour long massage. I am thrilled with every service I received and I am so excited to go back next week! The staff was lovely and I wish them years of success.

Definitely a great decision for treatment and pain management.
