It is with sincere pleasure that I share the experiences I have had in working with Addie Mulry over the past three years. However, beyond the specifics of the professional services she provided my husband and me I want to emphasize how Addie always proved to be one of the most hardworking and loyal people we have come to know. She consistently brought endless energy, trustworthiness and selflessness to her work, committed to showing equal respect to all parties involved.

We first enlisted Addie’s interior design expertise in readying our home sale. She patiently guided the design and selection of window treatments and paint and gave us the confidence we needed to begin the listing process. Shortly after, we enlisted her help in serving as our Buyers Broker as we researched homes for purchase in the North Shore area.

In her role as our real estate agent, we benefitted from her deep, deep knowledge of the area and her keen understanding of our taste and aspirations. We trusted her and in typical Addie style, she hit the ground running and provided us with a great selection of homes to view as well as valuable information such as comps of other homes, properties that were exclusive with other firms, and advice on property market value – representing our best interests at all times.

We ultimately found ourselves in a bidding war and with Addie’s professionalism and negotiating skills, we were able to secure our new home. Along the way, she maintained a much needed “grace under pressure” presence that we will be eternally grateful for.

A quick sale and a good price was our goal in selling our home. We chose to work with Addie because we have known her for many years and knew she would understand our needs and deliver. We were on a tight time frame so it was important to work with someone we could trust. She was great to work with, insightful and resourceful. After the staging work was done the house looked amazing which I am positive was the reason for the multiple offers and quick sale.

Addie was a natural hire for us having seen her work on another project.
Her attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and flexibility in understanding her client’s preferences, tastes, and budget wishes were second to none. Our project was two-fold: add to/update existing furnishings, rugs, and lighting, and completely renovate a den with cabinetry and wet bar. All was done in an efficient and timely manner.
We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Addie and will enjoy the finished product for years to come.
