One time when I had an office appointment with him I had to wait alittle longer for him to arrive because on his way in he got called back to the hospital for something urgent regarding a patient of his. This impressed me so much. I thought it was great and I wasn't upset at having to wait longer. I thought if it were me in the hospital that was having an issue, how I would want Dr. Holover to be there for me, too. I also realized how much he must do on a daily basis from morning until night. All for his patients. Remarkable! Finally, a note about the office. I think its great how things are very progressive and new. These little things that the patient is given to track their time in the office is not only innovative but shows concern and respect for the patient and their time as well as efficientcy and organization. Also very impressive. I am very happy and satisfied with all my care at NY Bariatric Group and would recommend it very highly. R.R.
