Our experience with Barrington and Howard/Hanna Rand Realty was excellent. First, they were able to push our bank to accept a property (a coop) that the bank said previously that they would not. Although the bank was quite poor at handling the matter, Barrington ensured consistent and concise communication was going on between us, the lenders, sellers and attorneys, as well as the other realtor. Being consistently informed helped ease the process, especially when our lender was lacking in that front. Barrington often knew the information right away a communicated it then and there. Greetings all .....I am rating my realtor Peggy Connolly due to the excellent job she performed. She priced my house 120G above the other possible sales agent. When I questioned her reasoning we both decided to get an outside view point , a licensed appraiser , on her dime ! Her willingness to listen greatly helped the sales process. Despite covid restrictions, my house was sold in 2 weeks at a fair price . This saved a tremendous amount of parties entering the house. Once sold , she continued to work for me. She showed up for the bank appraisal, pushed for the C of O, Appeared at the walk through , etc. She even has her own body guard, David, who is always pleasant to deal with. Being a person who hates selling real estate , it really helps to have a person who is knowledgeable, experienced and above all passionate. Thanks again Peggy and David.
