I experienced a streak of bad luck prior to reaching out to Luis Omar via IG. In the span of 15 months I had 3 deals fall apart with the last one literally falling apart right after closing was scheduled. I own a mix use property in Elizabeth and had renovated 60% of the units while dealing with COVID holdover issues etc.. I ran by my scenario to Luis on Oct 14th he had me approved in literally less than a few days and I was able to close in less than 30 days.
