Arrived there on a walker and needed a knee replacement. Was told to try Island Rehab as a last resort before surgery. After 3 months of working with the professionals there who were terrific and caring I walked out on my own and was able to go on a 50th Birthday Cruise with my children. I will forever be in their debt.

Hi everybody. It's me, again, Mary Lowery this time attending a family destination wedding. As you know from my last review I avoided knee surgery 5 years ago with the exceptional care I received at Island Rehab. However after sitting at home for two years during the Pandemic my left leg became debilitated and very painful again. When my nephew announced his wedding on the beautiful Island of St Lucia which the whole family was planning to attend I became despondent as there was noway I could attend with my disability and inability to walk. It was then that my family insisted on surgery saying the family Matriarch should be there. At the word surgery the light went on lol. Return to Island Rehab. The family was not confident that therapy would work again but I was determined to try. There I was met with the same, caring professionalism as before. With consistent hard work and personnel attention Island Rehab restored my
functional ability once again. The wedding was fabulous on the Beach.Thought I'd share some of the photos with you. Thank you to all the dedicated personnell who have made this journey another successful experience. If you need a 10 star, get the job done establishment for your therapy needs, Island Rehabilation is the place. Just don't take my spot😀.

I write this review as a public service announcement. I have been to a couple of rehabilitation offices in the past and no one by any means has come anywhere near the quality service that I received at Island rehabilitation associates. When you enter their office you are greeted politely you wait less than 10 or 15 minutes on a regular basis to be escorted inside you receive great bedside manner, they give you great massage therapy, they have you do your exercises on whatever respective machine your to do on that day, and they even take the time to stretch you and put the electrode machines on with plenty of hot packs to make you comfortable. I have been to therapy offices that do either one or another service none has ever come close to this. No office has ever done all of these things in one visit at a time. No other office has taken the time to give me hours of rehabilitative therapy per session as opposed to 15 or 20 minutes like some of the others do when they treat you like you're a piece of meat that they're trying to get in and out of their office just to get payment on you as another "number" for this reason I highly recommend Island rehabilitation associates they are amazing 👍👍

My first visit to this place for my Lowe back pain the treatment given was amazingly good and with upmost care. The place looks small and older but important is the therapies and treatment. My first experience is outstanding. I was going to another tharapist before but now I decided to go to this center only until I get same experience every time.

I have always found the owner and all the associates to be the model of concern, empathy, and professionalism. During these challenging times I greatly appreciate the extra time they take to ensure all sanitary measures have been taken, especially since my mother also goes to Island Rehab. Mike Brown, the owner, always makes her feel comfortable and provides a level of service we would be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Thanks so much for all you do!!
