I hired Jewel to update my disaster of a kitchen and put down a cement patio in my backyard. My kitchen was a bit of a tricky job but they exceeded my expectation. Jewel did an excellent job of explaining all the available options and helped us choose a design we loved. We had great communication throughout the process and I couldn't have been more pleased with the work.
Jewel is a man of integrity and a true professional. I look forward to working with him again.

Jewel Construction was a referral from Home Depot. We decided to use them to rebuild our deck because of their previous projects, which matched up with what we were looking for. The owner, Jul, showed up on time for all appointments. His crew is very capable, and extremely polite. I was involved in watching the project from start to finish. They took all of my questions and concerns seriously. We are completely satisfied with the entire process which took less than 2 weeks from estimate appointment to the project finish.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! Jewel construction and their team have helped us see the light at the end of this "project tunnel". Let me tell you a bit about the deck the they built for us, I had called several architects that were going to charge me a fortune to do the drawings only, (2/3 of what the project ended up costing me), and without helping me understand what the total cost with construction would be.
When I called Jewel, he came in shortly and reassured me by providing a total cost that he did not exceed, a clear timeline and understanding of each steps, that ended up being exactly as described. Jewel helped me during the entire process including keeping me informed with every single DOB steps, provided drawings for archive collections, helped keeping the condo board informed, provided sketches of final designs, etc...
He was always easy to reach out, helpful, punctual, and responsive.
Then the project kicked in, we had a tight deadline and the deck was executed during a rainy/cold season that he was able to navigate to meet our deadline. The workers were fantastic, they were polite, respectful of the condo rules for entry doors, etc..., they worked at a steady pace and were very diligent with the work quality, they accommodated extra tasks that we didn't anticipate such as adding an extra small guardrail once we realized the parapet height was not up to code, as well as a small landing, and most importantly, they finished ON TIME, which was extremely crucial in the situation we were in. We are really happy with the finished work and now have a beautiful deck to enjoy thanks to Jewel Construction. Again, if you are looking for a reliable contractor, I highly recommend using Jewel Construction.

I'm so glad that I found Jewel Construction Company and will be using him for future projects. His work is amazing. Jewel was very professional, patience and attentive to my needs. My one bedroom apartment needed a complete gut and Jewel helped me bring my vision to life. He completely renovated my whole kitchen and bathroom, designing it to perfection. He also re-did my wood floors, as well as a whole paint job. It was a pleasure working with Jewel, I would highly recommend him to anyone.
