(September 10, 2020, 12:54 pm)I ordered furniture from a store that used JFK Cartage for the delivery. JFK Cartage was professional and extremely prompt with responses from the start between scheduling the delivery and getting me a COI for my extremely strict building.
The day of delivery there was an issue between my doorman and the gentlemen who were delivering my furniture. Despite being spoken to rudely (I would not have blamed them if they left) the guys were friendly, professional and polite to me and never let the situation change their demeanor. The furniture was delivered and installed perfectly. They took great care and I cannot speak highly enough about them. -

(January 6, 2020, 1:20 pm)Gps tried to send us down Nassau.. Use Bayview Ave. Pull in 2nd entrance at end of building. Lot is small but there is room to turn around before backing in to dock. Check in through door marked Southwest. Employee at window was pleasant. Loaded quickly.

I spoke with both Charlie and Jason in the office and they went above in beyond to coordinate with me. I really hope that the next time I order furniture, that JFK Cartage will provide the service

(January 9, 2019, 2:32 am)Could not find a capable trucker in this area to handle my airfreight and Jacob Javits account until I found JFK Cartage. Joan, Joe and Charlie and the team are wonderful to work with and despite customer changes or airline delays, the dispatch always work to get my freight rolling and to its destination.
I don't normally write reviews but its SO HARD to find a capable agent in NY, especially JFK and these freight ninjas deserve the praise!
