I have been going to Doctor Novello for years. He is a great doctor who really cares about his patients. His staff, Martha, Larry and Diane are awesome too as they are also kind and caring. They all make you feel relaxed in a professional environment.

Both my aunt and my husband had glowing reviews for Dr. Novello and so when my dentist of many years had retired, I decided it was time to make the move. Dr. Novello is patient and takes his time to answer all questions and review procedures with me. His bedside manner is calming, as many doctors unfortunately lack this important quality. His office manager is warm and welcoming and his staff (including dental hygienists) are super personable, and have provided me with thorough cleanings/imaging. I have only visited Dr. Novello’s office two times and even so, I feel very comfortable, as if I have been going there for years! I thank Dr. Novello and his staff for making a not-so-fun appointment a very pleasant experience.

There is no better dentist then Dr Novello on Long Island. Dr Novello and his team are top notch professionals who are knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Thank you for taking such good care of my teeth so that I can be proud of my beautiful smile! They create an environment where the patient can actually enjoy the experience of going to the dentist!! The care and consideration comes through from from start to finish. I give the practice 5 stars and highly recommend their services!!

I was searching for a new permanent dentist and found an excellent one! My first visit today was a very good stress free experience. Everyone there is pleasant. I knew when i called it was the right choice. The front desk people are great. My cleaning today was outstanding and zero discomfort and I needed one badly after several years of not seeing a dentist. Plus Dr Novello is a rare gem. He won't try to sell you on things you don't need or may not want. No pressure but he does give you all true facts and choices to make your own decision. The experience and skills are obvious. Plus he's very nice. It's a wonderful clean office and good location as well easy parking. I actually look forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend this dentist. Thank you Dr Novello and your entire staff as well who are excellent!

What more can I say about my dental experience that the other 50+ people before have not already said!? The best dentist in Long Island ! My experience with Dr.Novello was the best I've had at a dental practice. From the beginning the front desk staff Larry and Diane were very nice and smiled
and actually appear like they love their jobs. Rare for a doctor's office., The hygienist Erica was so nice and gentle. Dr. Novello was really nice and informative. Both Dr N and his amazing assistant Martha took their time and I never felt rushed. Bedside manner was superb as was their knowledge. I will be looking forward to going back in 6 months! (and that's a big statement from someone
that fears going to the dentist)
