Kessler Rehabilitation Center - Emerson

Katie Jankowski was exceptional. I broke my shoulder in 3 places and we have an at risk grandson so I didn’t feel comfortable doing hands on PT. Katie appreciated my concerns and made the virtual PT work for me. I’m 3 weeks in and have made significant progress...a real testament to Katie’s skill and professionalism.

Katie is an excellent physical therapist. She’s very knowledgeable & cares about her patients.

I went to Kessler in Emerson some time ago, but when a friend & coworker recently needed a recommendation, without hesitation I recommended Kessler. I do remember the receptionist was super nice, friendly and accommodating. I had two different therapist both very good, however, John Lee was the last person I worked with and he was excellent. In fact, that is who I told my friend to see. If you need PT, this is definitely the place to go.

Helen Buccinich works the front desk and goes over and above. She handles everything with ease from scheduling and insurance she is a pleasure.

In fact, I have a Kessler in my town but needed times and days so I reached out to Emerson and they were able to help. There is always parking and only one therapist which makes it a more personalized feeling.

The staff at Emerson is very professional and friendly! Helen is so courteous and works with your schedule. Dr. John Lee is the absolute best! He makes you feel very comfortable and is very attentive to your needs. You don't feel like just a number there and they really treat you like family. Would not go anywhere else.
