Today I had a wonderful experience with Eddie and his wife. I admitted an appointment last week to have some jewelry looked at. Several customers came in and out throughout our appointment but he spent about two hours with me. He explained how to test jewelry and everything that goes along with finding values. He answered my questions. He was extremely patient and honest. I would not hesitate to go back for all of my jewelry repairs and needs.

Cannot say enough good things about this store!! I have had a wonderful experience each and every time I have been here. My boyfriend took me to look at engagement rings (which were all beautiful and exceptional) and the owner Eddie was so helpful, knowledgable, and accomodating !! He really knows his business and he is so willing to help you find something or create something that you will absolutely love. I returned days later to pick out a cross for my mom and once again he helped us pick the perfect gift! Highly recommend Lana’s, you will not be sorry!!

Went to the owner Eddie with this idea for a custom necklace for my girlfriend. She wanted either a name plate or her horoscope sign but she’s only into dainty, delicate looking jewelry and prefers yellow gold. I explained my idea to Eddie and he created this beautiful custom solid gold necklace for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. I would 100% recommend going to Lana’s for all of your jewelry needs. Since then he’s been my go to guy, had him dip pieces and repair pieces that I have, all at very affordable prices.

Eddy went above and beyond to help me purchase my watch. He was very informative, patient, and communicative. I never felt pressured or like I was receiving false information. I came in to order an engagement ring for my fiancé and the service/professionalism that I’ve received was beyond my expectations. This is excluding the look of my fiancé’s face when when she saw the ring. The fine detail was everything she ever wanted. Eduard brought my dream ring into a reality.
