Great service and extremely prompt! If you're a control freak like me who needs to know exactly where things are in the process, you will love this place. Confirmation email is generated when the order is placed and you get text messages for laundry pickup & delivery. Everything can be done via their website and mobile app but when you have to call the place, Michael is very responsive as well.

I love this service!! It’s always easy to schedule a pickup through their easy to use app and turnaround times are always reasonable. The BEST part?? They do Pickup and Drop-off!!!!! You just leave the bag at your doorstep and you get a notification when the laundry is picked up and an update with a photo when it is dropped off. Super responsive and prices are reasonable too. The laundry always comes back smelling nice, neatly folded and also sorted nicely. Highly recommend!

My rating is based off first time experience as I have my prefernece to do my own laundry. No issues as they were prompt on pick-up and delivery service. Clothes were absolutely perfectly folded and set back in my laundry bag. Socks and under garments separate and matched. Laundry smelt phenomenal, just a tad potent at some moments. The price wasn't bad at all either. This could be a future service I may utilize in the near future if I get behind again with busy schedule. I will recommend this service

I’ve used Laundryless twice and I’m a very happy client so far. I love that they have an app and makes it super easy to schedule pick up and delivery. The clothes come neatly folded in tight packages; which makes it super easy to put away. Also, this time apparently I had some cash in a pocket of one of my jeans and they sent an envelope with the cash. How cool is that? A business you can fully trust. Great communication and service, I recommend it 1000%
