(April 10, 2023, 1:42 pm)In just a few weeks, I have seen massive levels of improvement through pelvic floor therapy with Lima. I had been putting off treatment for so long and I wish I would have gone sooner. The office is very zen and it almost feels like going for a massage, as Lima takes a full-body approach. She is very knowledgeable and also kind in her treatment. I always leave feeling relaxed and optimistic.
My situation was probably less severe than others, but I'm very excited that I am able to be intimate nearly pain free with just a few weeks of PT and at-home exercises. Thank you, Lima! -

She is always considering what is best for the patient and it is evident she has a ton of experience with all kinds of pelvic health issues. In short, I highly recommend her!

(December 20, 2022, 11:45 am)Dr. Lima is so friendly, attentive, energetic, adaptable, professional and works so well with kids. She is able to keep my daughter who is of toddler age focused on the physical therapy exercises and keep her motivation going for the full 45 minutes of my daughters session. Dr. Lima is very creative with keeping the exercises fresh. Dr. Lima also gives a couple exercises at home to practice. We have seen her just three times and we really enjoy how and what she accomplishes in one session. I highly recommend you see Dr. Lima for your next physical therapy appointment!
