(March 6, 2019, 1:49 pm)Hi Marcella. I am sorry that you felt the way that you did. We always tell our customers that there is a one month exchange policy. If you had even purchased the earrings two months ago, we would have happily exchange them. If you had called and said that you could not put the screw on the earring but were unable to return them in a timely manner, we would have worked with you. Being a very small independant business, I do not think that after 10 months, it is unreasonable to not take the earrings back. I am sorry you are unhappy with this outcome.
