Long Island Meal Prep

LI Meal Prep was a hidden gem to us and we are so glad to have found them. Generous and delicious portions. Every veg and protein has been outstanding. My personal fav is the steak, for my husband it is General Tao’s chicken. (Oh, and the roasted potatoes!) Ted is an outstanding chef and such a friendly guy. It obvious he takes pride in his delicious food!

Long Island Meal Prep is absolutely amazing! LI Meal Prep has been a great way for me to help navigate, maintain and even enjoy a recent big weight loss journey. The meals are absolutely delicious, the portions are beyond generous (as I usually get at least 2 meals out of 1) and the staff is amazing. Today, I was fortunate enough to be there at exactly the right time and met the owner. He was so kind and caring and interested in my journey and status, providing me with more nutritional information and ideas as to how to continue my weight loss (and keep the weight off) in the healthiest ways possible. Truly felt like divine intervention. Would HIGHLY recommend LI Meal Prep to EVERYONE and ANYONE!

I received two orders from LI Meal Prep this past weekend and today I had an andouille sausage with peppers, onions, and roasted potatoes for lunch that was beyond delicious. Thank you for a wonderful meal (and at least one more). Everything was on point, seasoned well, cooked perfectly, and perfect.

I have picked up from LI Meal Prep 3 or 4 times now and have never been disappointed. Each container is at least 2-3 meals worth of food and we've had some truly great meals from you.

I find the meals to be very well balanced, not overly salted, and the grilled vegetables are RIDICULOUSLY good! We fight over them!

Large amount of DELICIOUS food, great value, friendly staff, quick pick up (they also deliver) and AMAZING meatballs. So glad I found this hidden gem. Forever a loyal customer! Excellent place with great food. Ordering system is so easy and deliveries and pick up are also just as easy. Owner is so accommodating and helpful with all questions and special requests you may have. Great for every family and also to send as a gift to someone. Highly recommend trying them.
