Any issues/ questions we have with our properties are handled promptly and with multiple options. He understands customer service and does this 125%. Have recommended him to multiple other businesses. *** Before hiring Luke I did research 4 other insurance agencies and he was by far the most professional and easiest to deal with. Hence I transferred all my accounts to him and his attentiveness has been priceless.
