(May 30, 2023, 9:35 pm)I grew up in Oceanside but have never been to this place until now. It's actually pretty cool that it exists. Quiet and peaceful and worth a visit. Not much to do but very pretty and nature is beautiful.

(October 3, 2022, 5:26 am)Really nice walkways with wide open views of the entire preserve. Plenty of opportunity to view and photograph many birds in their habitat. A small interpretive center. On-site parking.

(July 30, 2022, 12:45 pm)If you seeking relaxation in an idyllic setting this is the place to go. Great for a relaxing walk or to sit and enjoy the scenery.Update today 7-30-22. Perfect summer day. Beautiful blue sky,light breeze and 82 degrees. Near high tide so water views were stunning.
