(November 6, 2014, 2:21 pm)I have had nothing but a good experience with Rosa and Martin from Mem property management since they took over running the Condominium building where I have a unit. They are always very polite and prompt both via e-mail and on the telephone and what I especially appreciate is their willingness to help.
On one occasion I needed access to areas of the building that are usually locked in order to have a FIOS installation completed. Both Rosa and Martin were very accommodating of the technician until the job was done. I'm happy to update on future experiences, but I'm sure they will great! -

Working with them has been a pleasure, whenever we need anything their team was right there to take care of it. They have always been extremely polite and professional, which seems to be a rarity in customer service. They also seem to keep their clients foremost in their thoughts as they work, not just the bottom line. I am happy to recommend this company to any and all in need of their services.
