Excellent service the parts department really knows their stuff. Very helpful. One of the gentleman that works in the parts department his name is Rob I cannot be more grateful for his help. He took his time to understand what I was looking for and knew exactly what I needed very very helpful. I hope the company recognizes the type of worker they have with Rob.

Having had two Sprinters, one gave up at 300,000 miles and another sold at 160, 000 miles, I was very familiar with the Service Department. Because of Jay and the terrific technicians, I purchased a Metris, because I knew I could always count on the Service Department to keep it running top-notch. Jay and Paul feel like family members.
