The definition of professionalism. I brought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Merit Auto Body following a driver side impact collision. Merit not only coordinated with my insurance company and rental car service on my behalf, but also kept me informed throughout the process. When a part was delayed, Paul worked his magic to find the part from another source. These guys really go above and beyond for their customers and the quality of their work is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend!

I had just moved to town and got into a fender bender. I was very shaken by the experience and so glad I found Merit. The team is friendly (gave me a cup of tea to calm me down) and professional. I recently had my car repaired after getting into an accident. I did a random search for a nearby auto body and chose Merit Auto Body based on the reviews. After working with them, I am in complete agreement with the high review score; they are phenomenal and extremely professional. The check-in process was quick, they had someone pick me up to take me to get a rental, they were in constant communication with me regarding the status of my car, and they fixed my car faster than expected. Best of all, my car looked better than it did before the accident! This is my new auto body shop moving forward. I am recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Outstanding work and service. I don't want to make it habit of having to repair dents and accident damage. But I've had my car damaged twice in three years. My car is my baby. I want it brought back to new condition. Merit Auto Body made it incredibly easy both times. They do factory-quality work, and keep you updated on the progress. Highly recommended.
