Metro raises the bar for patients comfort aa high as it gets . The whole staff puts a patient at ease for whatever you are going to them for.

This place is awesome very clean and professional. The equipment is well kept the front desk staff are very nice and very helpful the 3 wonderful young women that helped me with my visits were named Toni, Suzanne, and Angeles they were very informative and just all around a great help Juna in the pt department is also very nice and professional I haven't had the pleasure of really interacting with everyone else but im sure they are just as awesome for the team they have all works together.

This place is overall incredible. They deal with a high volume of patients but have a workforce to match. The wait is short, services provided proficient and what I enjoy most it doesn't feel like you're going to a doctors office, I feel as comfortable at their facility as I do my own home. The entire workforce is extremely professional but also they all display a playful side with co-workers/customers that really creates a comfortable/inviting environment. You'll surely have a great experience when dealing with anyone who works here and especially when dealing with Toni. It's clear she's passionate about her job and goes above and beyond to make everyone around her feel at home.

I researched this facility for my dad after an accident. Everything seemed fine until we arrived to the initial appt. The front desk gave my dad forms to complete when is was apparent he couldn’t write because of his injury. Upset and embarrassed he left. His appointment was scheduled incorrectly with the wrong specialist. I called the office spoke with Susan who made every effort to make it right. She rescheduled him appropriately. When he arrived she assisted with the forms and everything went smoothly.
Once you get pass the front desk’s lack of experience, you will find that the physicians know their stuff. I would recommend that when you call speak to Susan immediately if you want things done professionally without chaos.
I am thankful that Susan was there or else my dad would have sought care outside of Sheepshead Bay. Susan keeps the office in tandem and knows what it takes to provide care and compassion.

Wonderful staff, very professional, always caring very polite making sure that you're always comfortable and that you're getting through in a timely manner, also facility well kept.
State of art facility when it comes to physical therapy they have the most
latest equipment making it comfortable when you go for physical therapy,
Tracy, Toni ,Amy, Matt ,Susan, Noelle just to name a few that I have come to know I must apologize for the names that I have forgotten but everyone that I have come in contact with has been wonderful.
