After years of struggling with insurance companies - I was referred to Michael Mcguiness at this office. I expected another typical "Insurance Salesman" but what I got was something completely different! Michael sat took time to see what I needed in terms of coverage, ACTUALLY shopped it around and got me tremendous coverage for a price that was either on par with or much lower than my other quotes but again it was real coverage with NO GIMMICKS! He is saved on my phone and anytime my friends, family or myself think of insurance this is where we go! GOOD LUCK!

In the short time that I have had my insurance, I’ve had to file two claims, with the most recent being a devastating house fire that has displaced my family. Getting our house renovated quickly was very important. Our representative, Michael McGuinness, has been amazing throughout this whole process. I have never met him in person, but when I speak to him on the phone its as if we have been lifelong friends. He knew how important it was to get things moving, and was able to get our insurance checks to us immediately after the adjuster sent the totals to them. He has been the complete opposite of all the negative banter I have been hearing about insurance companies when things like this happen.
Another way that Michael has helped me was when we were looking for contractors, I had lost faith in the original guy that I was going to work with. I was desperate to find another contractor and Michael gave me a friendly recommendation for a guy that he had used once before. It is not his place to make these recommendations, but he could tell that I was desperate to find someone that was trustworthy and shared a resource that he had. Turned out to be the best recommendation that anyone has ever given me during this process. Goes to show that good people surround themselves with more good people.
Bottom line: I hope that no one ever has to deal with the overwhelming devastation and extreme stress that a house fire brings. But if you ever find yourself unfortunate to experience such a tragedy, having someone like Michael helping you is a shining light at the end of the tunnel. I’m so grateful that my insurance has connected me with him.
