Mr.Vac and Mrs.Sew

I bought my Brother embroidery machine from them when they were in Wantagh and I've always had great service. I had trouble getting the machine to stitch correctly (kept getting bird's nest) I brought my machine in and within 5 minutes it was fixed (no charge). They are always friendly and helpful.

Great service! I bought an embroidery machine from this company and ran into a small issue which was not their fault. I called and spoke with Lisa, who was very nice on the phone, I brought the machine in for her to check. Lisa fixed the issue I was having and also explained a few things to me, which I was not aware of, which was very helpful. Great customer service and shop!

Wonderful experience with Mr.Vac and Mrs. Sew. Lisa and her husband took plenty of time explaining the different models and features of Miele vacuums, and showed genuine customer service. The store is huge and they carry a wide variety of Miele vacuum products and sewing machines. Very reasonable people to deal with who truly care about their customers. Prices are definitely comparable to online prices, and you get superior service with it. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a vacuum or sewing machine.

Very pleased and satisfied with the Brother heavy duty sewing machine I purchased from Mr. Vac & Mrs. Sew. I wasn’t sure which brand of machine I wanted to purchase but a friend recommended that I go into a store and try different machines looking for features that appealed to me. The owner was very patient, he listened then described different machines, features etc.. then he let me sit and practice with the machine. I narrowed it down to 2 machines. He never pressured me he gave me 30 minutes to talk to friend and when I made my decision I was so pleased. I read reviews after the purchase of the Brother machine that raved about the quality, versatility and quality of the machine. The store owners were so helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for a sewing machine!
