(May 21, 2023, 6:56 am)A few months ago I heard a loud noise near my attic. I could not tell if it was inside or out. I knew from past experience many companies can’t come out right away. They will make an appointment 3 days later. I did not want to wait. I called NPE in the evening and Paul was here the next morning. He is the expert for sure. He did a thorough inspection inside and out. Paul did find a crack that had developed on the side of my stoop that I had not noticed. He recommended Phil The Handy Marine. Phil did a great job fixing the crack and other holes he found. I highly recommend Paul for any pest control problems. He gets to the root of the problem quickly.

Paul the owner came to the property personally, talked me through the entire process and what my root-causes were. They were reasonably priced and we discussed proactive next steps. I am looking forward to a mosquito free summer without the difficulties that come with dealing with a franchise based organization.

His office was responsive and professional and Paul was here within hours of our initial phone call. He quickly diagnosed our issue as rat pups and gave us a thorough and clearly explained plan of resolution. Thankful for our annual contract with them as it saved us on cost for this job too! Highly recommend Paul, Logan, and National Pest Experts of Bethpage.

(October 27, 2022, 9:53 am)I met with one of the owners. (Logan) He showed up when he said he would. Very professional and answered all my questions. I am looking forward for the installation for the rat control.
Yesterday they installed the rat bait rock housings. I am very satisfied with the work performed. Thank’s to Logan (owner) and his crew my rat issues should be resolved.
