Very nice staff and pleasant visit from start to finish. Dr Huang takes his time to explain the exam and results and make a follow-up plan. I'm happy to recommend him to others who need specialized retina care.
My husband went here for an emergency visit. He was taken on short notice and it was such a relief that he could be seen promptly. Dr Huang explained everything, and gave him a written informational pamphlet. He was treated and hopefully with continued treatment he'll be ok. The ladies in the office were very personable as well and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Huang and this practice. Also, a convenient location to access. Thanks all!
I have known Dr. TOM for years since my wife has been a patient of his for at least 10 to 15 years. Dr. TOM is patient, knowledgeable, very thorough and proficient. He takes his time and explains every step of the way what he is doing. I am very pleased to be a new patient with New England Retinal
His technician, Stephanie, is also very proficient. She numbed my eye three separate times, and after Dr. TOM injected my eye, Stephanie meticulously, cleaned and rinsed my eye

Outstanding practice - successful surgical outcomes
Having had a different successful surgery on each eye (one planned and one emergency) from separate doctors in this practice, I feel qualified to provide a highly enthusiastic recommendation. Every interaction with the doctors and staff in this practice is positive, including patiently answering many questions. Not a frequent reviewer, I feel gratitude towards this group.
I was able to get a same day appointment after experiencing severe blurriness while in town for a wedding. Testing and exams were thorough and Dr. Huang provided me with an easy to understand explanation. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well.
