(June 23, 2023, 1:30 pm)Dr. James Dello Russo is an excellent provider. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The staff are also superb. The wait time is reasonable for a busy clinic, but once the doctor arrived I was provided with the appropriate care and attention.

(June 7, 2023, 10:01 pm)Have had three appointments at this location and each time was pleasant. The ladies in the front are so polite and accommodating and the doctors were always prompt. Never waited more than 10 minutes after appointment time to be seen or had any bad experiences. I’ve even referred a few friends and family and they also love the location. Bergenfield location.

And did I mention the staff, they were AWESOME!!!! the best the decision I made in my life. Glad I went to the new jersey eye center in Bergenfield office.

On top of his expert care and relaxed professionalism, the facility has ample support staff with all electronic & high-tech systems from online check-in to mapping of your eyes. The purchase of materials after the exam was also quick and convenient.

(May 10, 2023, 5:27 pm)Dr. Lilien is very kind, patient and informative. This is second time I’ve seen him and he’s really takes his time to make sure you’re getting what’s best for you. The wait time is a little long, but being I work on an appointment based schedule at my job, i understand how time gets lost. It’s not anything crazy, so it’s not worth taking a star away for a Dr possibly spending extra time with a patient to make sure they’re getting the best care.
